Craig Amundson, DDS is Dental Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Dental Division of HealthPartners in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area. He also is responsible for HealthPartners' medical operations in Central Minnesota.

Gerald A. Anderson, DMD is a full-time private practitioner in Selma, AL. He serves on the DPBRN Executive Committee.

James Bader, DDS, MPH is Research Professor in the Department of Operative Dentistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Cecil Sheps Center for Health Services Research. He is Principal Investigator of the Network Chair sub-contract with the UNC-CH.

Ola Johan Basmo, DDS, MPH is County Dental Officer in Hedmark, Norway. As Director of The Public Dental Service in Hedmark, he coordinates the participation of practitioner-investigators in the Norwegian region of DPBRN.

Paul Benjamin, DMD, MAGD is in the full-time private practice of general dentistry at 25 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33131. In addition to serving on the DPBRN Executive Committee, Dr. Benjamin also serves as adjunct instructor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry and the University of Miami College of Medicine's Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

David Cawley, DDS is a full-time private practitioner in Montgomery, AL. He served on the DPBRN Executive Committee from 2005-2008.

Donna Lynn Clark is Senior Project Assistant for the Kaiser Permanente Northwest/Permanente Dental Associates region of DPBRN.

Donald J. DeNucci, DDS, MS is a Health Scientist Administrator with the Division of Clinical Research and Health Promotion at the NIDCR. He serves as an NIDCR program representative on the DPBRN Executive Committee.

Lene Fabricius-Bekker is part-time Regional Coordinator for the Scandinavian region.

Jeffrey L. Fellows, PhD is a health economist and Investigator at Kaiser Permanente Northwest Center for Health Research in Portland, Oregon. He is Principal Investigator of the Network Chair sub-contract with Kaiser Permanente Northwest Center for Health Research and a member of the DPBRN Steering Committee.

Patrick J. Foy, DDS has been in full-time private practice in Minneapolis, MN for 26 years. He was the President of the Minnesota Dental Association from 2004-2005 and is currently a delegate for the American Dental Association House of Delegates. Dr. Foy serves on the DPBRN Executive Committee for a three-year term of 2007-2010.

Gregg Gilbert, DDS, MBA is Network Chair of DPBRN and Principal Investigator of the DPBRN Network Chair grant (U01-DE-16747). He is Chair of the DPBRN Executive Committee and a member of the DPBRN Steering Committee. He is Professor and Chair of the Department of General Dental Sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Valeria Gordan, DDS, MS is Associate Professor in the Department of Operative Dentistry at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She is Principal Investigator of the Network Chair sub-contract with the University of Florida and a member of the DPBRN Steering Committee and the Publications and Presentations Committee.

Thomas Houston, MD, MPH is Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine in the UAB School of Medicine. He serves as Principal Investigator for the first NIH-funded project of DPBRN, a study of oral cancer prevention with dentists in the network. This study is discussed in the "Studies" part of the DPBRN web site, as well as in the 2003 News Archives.

Kimberley Jenkins, MPH serves as the manager for the DPBRN Statistical Coordinating Center. She is in the Division of Preventive Medicine at the UAB School of Medicine.

Mark Litaker, PhD is Director of Biostatistics for the School of Dentistry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of General Dental Sciences.

Jacqueline Love, AS, CDA is a Research Assistant in the Department of General Dental Sciences in the School of Dentistry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Sonia Makhija, DDS, MPH is Director of Communications for DPBRN. She is Assistant Professor in the Department of General Dental Sciences in the School of Dentistry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Liselotte Persson, DDS practices full-time in a Swedish public dental health service-based practice. She is a member of the DPBRN Executive Committee.

Daniel J. Pihlstrom, DDS is an Associate Director and Chair of Clinical Effectiveness and Oral Health Research for Permanente Dental Associates in Portland Oregon. Dr. Pihlstrom also maintains a clinical practice in general dentistry and has served as an Executive Committee member for the DPBRN since 2005.

Vibeke Qvist, DDS, PhD, DrOdont is Associate Professor, Department of Cariology and Endodontics, Royal Dental College, Copenhagen, Denmark. She is Principal Investigator of the Network Chair sub-contract with the University of Copenhagen and a member of the DPBRN Steering Committee.

Brad Rindal, DDS is Investigator at the HealthPartners Research Foundation. He also maintains a clinical practice in TMD/Orofacial Pain and is an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Rindal is Principal Investigator of the Network Chair sub-contract with the HealthPartners Research Foundation, is a member of the DPBRN Steering Committee, and Chair of the DPBRN Publications and Presentations Committee. From 2005-2007, he was the practitioner-investigator representative for the HP/MN region on the DPBRN Executive Committee.

Michelle A. Robinson, DMD, MA is Director of DPBRN Dental Informatics and Assistant Dean of Informatics in the School of Dentistry at the University of Alabama School at Birmingham.

Manuel Serra-Jovenich, DDS is a graduate of the University of Florida and New York University College of Dentistry. He has been in private practice in Miami since 1982. Dr. Serra-Jovenich served as a resident as well as an attending doctor at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. Dr. Serra-Jovenich also instructed in the department of prosthetic dentistry. Dr. Serra-Jovenich is a member of the ADA, the FDA and the South Dade Dental Group. He was selected to be a member of "America's Top Dentists" in 2003-2004. Dr. Serra-Jovenich served on the DPBRN Executive Committee from 2005-2008.

John Snyder, DMD is the Dental Director for Permanente Dental Associates in Portland Oregon and is a practitioner-investigator with DPBRN.

He is also a member of the DPBRN Executive Committee and Chair of the DPBRN Steering Committee.
